What is the CL equivalent for an RPG integer variable 10I 0?

I'm pretty sure the definition of integer CL numbers is in bytes rather than
digits (RPG specifies digits). I believe the mapping is like so:

TYPE(*INT) LEN(2) = 5I 0
TYPE(*INT) LEN(4) = 10I 0

There is no equivalent to 3I 0 or 20I 0. Also, in those cases where it's an
issue, you use *UINT instead of *INT to specify an unsigned integer (type U
in RPG).
