I have an employee look-up program which is used for various things, such as
linking the HR records to user profiles (so that they will be automatically
disabled after their last workday). There are two versions - one for the
privileged folk, such as HR, and the other (I pass the same program a
different parameter), for the help desk techs, who can use it to re-enable a
disabled profile (they are limited users with only certain menu options). On
that version, they only see the last four digits, and the user has to give
the tech the correct answer before the profile is re-enabled.
