Subject: 5722-DR1 upgrade
We want to upgrade our version of IBM Director. The full thing, not just
the agent. I tried to use "Entitled Software Support" to order it at
https://www-05.ibm.com/servers/eserver/ess/ProtectedServlet.wss
When I ordered it, it looks like it is ordering all CD's for V5R4.
Will 5722-DR1 come on a CD with that, or, is that a crap shoot and I'd be
better off just calling our BP?
I checked our numerous copies of V5R4 and don't see it on any of those
CD's.
And why does the ESS call that Director 5.3 or 5.4 when it's 5.20?
Our Director Console is at 5.10.
IBM's website at

allows you to download a 5.10 demo. However if you click on "What's new"
you'll see 5.20.
Wait! If I click on some of the hot links to 5.20 on the what's new page
I can download it. I think I am set.
