Is there some level of FSP required prior to upgrading HMC code?
Particularly V7R3.1.0?

I visited a site using it, and actually upgraded from an older version at
this site. That V7 is some SLICK interface. I am also anxious to get it
so that I can kiss having to install WebSM on remote clients goodbye.
