It is my understanding that the CD drive that we have on the iSeries can be used to burn CDs. We want to use it to exchange data.

How do I burn a CD from the AS/400?

I know how to burn a CD from my PC.

Thank you,

Albert

The usual way to write to some kind of CD - which you can't do to
the hardware we get - is to make an image catalog entry that is
writable of
cd size, then write to it, then take that image file to a pc and
burn it to plastic there.

i must admit i did not completely understand the question - was
there a typo in it?

I'm sure this has been previously covered but I can't find any
