Wilt, What do you mean by *ENTRY in the QINTER subsystem, you are right
what happening is everything is going to QINTER and I need it to go to
another subsystem.

As Rich Loeber pointed out...you also have to add an *ENTRY entry to the
QINTER subsystem in order to
prevent it from grabbing the device.

Otherwise it is a coin toss as to which subsystem gets the device.

Charles

Group, Is there a way to attach a specific device name to a

know in the past I was able to do this and now I can't get

Any ideas will be helpful.
