Only way I see to do what you want at the present time is to code to network
list apis and log the desired information. Unfortunately, this utilizes a
"pull" method instead of "push" or triggered method.
That program would have to run in a never ending job and at predefined
intervals (every 5 seconds??) pull that information and dump it to a file.

IBM may provide support for the push methodology in the future, but only if
you request it. More customers request it, better chances of IBM actually
implementing it.

That said, auditors often don't know what they're really asking for and if
it's even technically possible. Start a dialogue and you may be well
surprised to find that the actual requirement is much simpler and easy to
implement.
