Is there a User Group in Northwestern Arkansas? If so, what is their

website address?

The best source is http://www.eserverusergroup.org/ Booth - and according to
them there are no UGs in Arkansas. There are groups in neighboring states -
but I'll let you work out if any of them are close to you.
