I need to come up with a periodic system generated log of
program creation, update and deletion in selected libraries
for the SOX auditor.
Is there a system feature that collects these events and can

The EGL V6 tooling was bundled with WDSC V6.

IBM has unbundled it and it is now called RBDe (Rational
Business Developer extensions). RBDe V7 is what you need to
get your hands on if you want to use EGL with WDSC V7.
