I went in and forced to failed anyway which in V5R3M0 was easier than it
used to be. But I think when the disks show degraded the system has
already flagged the battery as failed. When I forced it to failed, it
still warned me that forcing it to failed was going to degrade the
performance. Yeah, right. If performance was any worse the system
would have been running backward.....
