lots of 'reinstall the add-in' suggestions, which I tried 3 times
already, but never let it be said I won't beat my head against the
wall one more time if I think it will help.....

So that's what I did, one more time, and it seems to have fixed itself, for now.

iseries Excel download add-on






Crossposted Midrange Tech and PC Tech, because I'm not sure.....

I've got a user who is trying to use the iseries Client Access download
add-in.

He's getting a weird message when he uses it:

"The macro 'fShowTTODialog' cannot be found.

I tried removing the add-in and reinstalling it, and that allows the
thing to work ONCE, and then the message reappears the next time he
tries to use it.

any ideas?
