CLP - RCVF with DDMF seems to be broken on V5R3






A previously trouble-free CLP program that reads a DDM file now fails
after
OS upgrade from V5R2 to V5R3:

CPF3025 - File my-file not allowed with SYSTEM(*LCL).

The failing command is RCVF. The file is opened and the DDM session
established. I'm hoping this is a know problem with a PTF just waiting to
be downloaded.
