Hi Janice
MMAIL is a suite of commands and service programs you can use to send MIME
encoded emails from your AS400, iSeries or i5. It uses the QtmmSendMail API
rather than simply wrapping the SNDDST command like a lot of utilities do.
The utility can be downloaded free of charge from the "deliverables" section
at www.easy400.net.
Best regards
Jonathan

Or is there an easier way to transfer this data?
We use ops nav to do this by dragging the file to our desktop. From
there,
right click and open with excel or calc.
We also have a utility from systemiNetwork called cvtsplstmf (only
associate
membership needed?) that with a outq utility from taatool allows us to
send
spools inside an email. Many of our users use this everyday without any
involvement from IT.

Subject: Client Access Data Transfer
I am trying to export a demand report to excel using Client Access Data
Transfer. The demand report has been saved in the outque (see below).
From what I understand the data to and from the iSeries must be either
a
database table or source physical file. How do I convert the saved
report
to a source physical file? Is there a command to accomplish this? Or
is
there an easier way to transfer this data?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated J.
