I?ve been watching this thread, because like Jeff, I?m in the same
situation, although I?m running W2K on the IXS. After checking through the
V5R4 documentation, I?m still a bit confused about the ?temporary server?.
This was asked in the thread, but if answered I missed it ? does this imply
that you need a 2nd IXS card or can one just ?disconnect? the *nws object
from the resource, gen another one up, then hook the drive (as data) you
need to expand to it and use DISKPART? Then follow up by hooking up the
original *nws to the resource, I guess?
