I'm using drag-and-drop feature of iSeries Navigator (V5R4M0) to copy

spooled files to my PC. The resulting files use Unicode encoding. Is there
a way to get iSeries Navigator to create ascii files ?

Don't miss the workaround they have if you "export" the spool file (bullet
5).
