RE: Printer problems with overlays

Hi Bonnie,

We only have one Non-IPDS printer that is an IBM InfoPrint 21, in our
Receiving Dept. That prints fine. No problems. I can pound out BOLs all
day and the printer will not end.

I changed the Config on the printer I am having a problem with, to exactly
like the config in Receiving. Also, the Printer Description on the
iseries. But no luck. Same problem.

Is this your only Info print 21? If not, does your document print OK to
the other?
