I'll echo that Sungard/HTE has an extensive suite of i5 products for
governmental support. I've been involved with some of their products
for over four years, although not the police/fire applications.
Sungard/HTE bets their business on small to medium government
applications. They are a good news/bad news story but one of the few in
the marketplace that hangs their hat on governmental-centric software
manufacturing.
