If that is not what you want, you could try a trigger on the file that
will write out changes to an audit file. Easier to read than DSPJRN.
However, it may not pass muster in an audit. Your little audit file can
easily be modified with UPDDTA. But if someone deletes a journal receiver
than an obvious gap appears. And I believe that a journal entry that
someone blasted a receiver, and who, even appears.
