Now that I got that off my chest, check to see if you have a copy of the
sndptford command in a library other than QSYS. Qualify your command as
QSYS/SNDPTFORD and see if that works. If it does and you have a copy in
some other library that is ahead of your QSYS library, delete the copy.

It seems like I saw that error a few months ago, it was my first time
ordering PTF's in nearly 2 years. I was thinking perhaps I was rusty.

memory serves, seems though that I was ordering a cumulative and had to
order that alone, but I was trying to order a cumulative, a couple of
group PTF's and several individual PTF's all at once.
