Subject: Re: Problems setting up hp4350n as remote outq.

Hi Mike,

I have an HP4350n right next to me. I haven't tried it as a remote
output queue (why would you want to do that?) but I haven't had any
problems with host print transform inserting any extra characters on the

pages.

If you post your printer configuration as a CL command that I can run
instead of the human-readable descriptive fields, then I'll try your
configuration and see if it works on my printer.

I have setup a remote outq to print to a HP4350n printer. I have it
setup the model as *HP4. I have tried Host Transform as both *yes and

*no.

When I print using Host Transform *yes, I get (I guess it is pcl) on
the first line of every page on the form.

Anyone have any experience using this printer as a remote outq? Or how

I can resolve this.

Here is the configuration.
