RE: Old days

I remember switching from an IBM 370 155 to a Honeywell system   On the first 
day on the job, the manager told me the system was pretty stable, only one disk 
crash per week.   Felt like an idiot when I asked     what is a disk crash

First System 38 I worked on was a Model 8 in 1981.  Have never left since that 
day.   

Every once in a while I pull out my slide rule just to show the youngster how 
old I really am
