Re: API error data structure


I define the structure as a type in copy block. I do this so I can
declare in global and take zero storage.

d TD_StdErrorModel...
d ds Qualified
d Based(StdNulPtr)
d Size...
d Like(StdInt)
d BytesAvailable...
d Like(StdInt)
d MessageId...
d Like(StdMsgId)
d Reserved1...
d Like(StdChr)
d MessageData...
d 1024

Then declare anywhere I need.

d ApiError ds LikeDs(TD_StdErrorModel)

Only problem with doing this you must manually initialize the size.

ApiError.Size = %Size(ApiError);

Will be so happy when IBM gives us type definitions.
