Rob -

No - on my PC, it shows Service level SI18400, and I don't have the authority to upgrade it.

However, on this machine I have iSeries Navigator connections to several different systems, and this error only occurs on one of them when expanding the databases tree.

If you do a Start, Programs, IBM iSeries Access for Windows, iSeries
Access for Windows Properties, what do you show for Service Level?
Is it current with:
http://www-03.ibm.com/servers/eserver/iseries/access/casp.html
