Rob's point is on the money though - having the journals restore right at the start of the process is the safest course of action to make sure all restored files start journaling correctly.

Presumably a prefix of # is the Mimix or consultant who installed it's standard method. (I'm guessing the consultant)

I used to do this but recall seeing something about libraries prefixed with # in the Backup and Recovery guide. From memory they get considered differently in an *ALLUSR scenario, which may be something to do with #S36LIBR (or whatever it is called)
