You could use the EDI 850 files within BPCS to send the PO to your
supplier. But you will need to find out if they (and you) support edi.
The standard for manufacturing is the x12 set... which is up to version
5030 I think... Good luck...

Although I've never done this, I was wondering if a trigger could be
assigned to these files, then at least an email, or email with say a pdf
or excel file attachment, would be automatically sent to their company.
