RE: IBM to start selling MySQL products

How many of these developers actually modify the open source code and resubmit
it to the open source committee?

Very few developers modify the code, but it takes very few to add a whole host
of features that the freeloaders can use too, and after all it only needs to be
done once. I used to like to scoff at MySQL, but from what I understand it is
maturing very quickly.

Or are these developers gobbling down MySQL because it's free?
