If you don't have TAA tools you can always use SQL, providing you have SQL!
SELECT substr(DBFFIL,1,10) as Physical_File,
DBFLIB as Physical_Library,
DBFLDP as Logical_Library,
DBFFDP as Logical_File
FROM qadbfdep WHERE
dbflib <> dbfldp ORDER BY dbfldp, dbffdp
