There should have been specific instructions with the software.
I am assuming NULLID is a profile name made up by the vendor (and
hopefully this was fully disclosed before installing....shame on any
vendor that does not disclose this).
As Rob said, you get to choose who has access or if all have access.

Subject: NULLID, USE Authority, Why after install of an application

Oh, Grand Gurus,

We've installed an application here that creates a few collections and
via the application you can grant or revoke PUBLIC or specific userids
USE authority over the collections created by the install. So far so
good. But when regular users, without any special authorities or
privileges,
try to access the application, they get an SQL -551 error (lack of
authority) over some packages owned by NULLID. Of course, if I grant
PUBLIC USE over the NULLID collection, users can use the application but
I really don't want to do that if I don't have to. Any idea why this
NULLID is involved and what to do about it?

Thanks in advance,

Dave Odom
