In an effort to have a cleaner joblog I am using a technique I saw
somewhere. Apparently I am doing something wrong because it is grabbing
the wrong message. Normally something associated with the '*TOP'.
SUBSYSTEMS: STRSBS SBSD(QSNADS)
MONMSG CPF1010 EXEC(DO) /* Subsystem already started */
/* Remove message from cluttering joblog */
RCVMSG MSGTYPE(*NEXT) MSGKEY(*TOP) RMV(*YES) KEYVAR(&KEYVAR) +
MSGDTA(&DATA) MSGID(&MSGID)
EndDo

How do I ensure that I get the pertinent one? I guess we should assume
that there was already a CPF1010 earlier in the joblog, from some other
subsystem.
