The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
Absolutely on the money here Rob. Back before I got into consulting, and
even continued it then where I could, we had an open door policy for the CE
to come by for coffee, or to even check the water pressure in the twin-ax
lines... :) :)

Also, have a close relationship with your local CE. Invite him over to
play cards, etc. They get a small commission for putting a machine under
maintenance. Ours records that date asap and puts a tickler into his
calendar.
