Ok this isn't working.
I am on the 400 ftping to a Win box.
Site is used for the remote box not the local one.
The files being moved are on the IFS.

For changing to IFS directory you have to be in namefmt 1 mode.

LCD changes the local directory ... to change the remote directory issue
the CD command.
