Doubt it. CGI requests come in under a single system profile of QTMHHTP1.
I am guessing servlet requests for Java have a similar approach to use a
single profile. You WOULD most likely have to pay for the profile used to
connect to the database from Java (i.e. JDBCUSER1).

As I understand it you pay per connected user for ALL users accessing the
system on User Based machine (i.e. 515). So for the Internet that's what, a
BILLION? So instead of paying for all those folks you add the Remote Access
charge one time for everyone. So it works out to pennies per user.
