Server IPL on a non-HMC system

Hi list,

I'm trying to install a firmware PTF (MH00903) on our i5 - 520 (V5R3) 
(non-HMC). In DSPPTF appears as "Permanently applied - IPL" (best translation).

If I type DSPPTF MSG CPD35F8 (Server IPL required) appears. AFAIK, these types 
of PTFs install as soon as I IPL the 520, which it has already been done.

Am I missing something? How I am supposed to do a Server IPL?
