Oracle supports it and is in fact our source for WAS.  The WAS license
is included with E1.

We will be building a test LPAR shortly to begin the V5R4 analysis, but
it will be a long, slow road.  Best guess is 4Q07 or 1Q08 before we can
upgrade to V5R4.
