I'm trying to get into the LDAP Server Administration through Navigator.
(V5R3, current ptf's).  I followed the setup instructions from the IBM
Info Center but I keep getting an HTTP 403 error which the documentation
does not discuss.  Anyone have any ideas on how to correct this
situation?
