What mechanism do you intend to use to move the save files?
Look at AnyNet support and consider setting up up SNADS routing.
If you need examples, I can provide you some.

Subject: how to define remote iSeries system?

List,

I want to use SAVRSTOBJ to move objects from our test i5 to our production
i5. Both systems are stand-alone and are on the same LAN in our
installation. I am not clear on how to define one i5 to the other. I believe
I need to use ADDNETTBLE or ADDRMTDFN but am not sure how to identify the
*other* iSeries system. Both of these servers have a 192.168.1.xxx IP
address.

Is this enough?

ADDNETTBLE NETWORK(IPROD) INTNETADR('192.168.1.xx') TEXT('Production
iSeries').
