I didn't have any problems at all with the IBM stuff... that all went absolutely perfectly.

Yep. We followed the advice to patch things as quickly as possible to minimize issues (which we did in mid-February). Now we're finding that things like Domino fix agents and and Java DST support PTFs have changed in the meantime, so some of our prep-work was a waste of time anyway. Things are changing too much at IBM/Lotus just days before the event... things should have been more solidified earlier (IMO).
