You would need to change the "ZPL" stream that is being sent to the label 
printer.  This would require modification to your program that builds the 
spoolfile.  You can find the programming documentation on Zabra's website.

Does anybody knows how to rotate (180 degree) an i-Series printer output to 
print a UPS label using Zebra printer LP 2844-Z. The Zebra printer is attached
