Hi all, I'm having a licensing issue with Client Access. My machine came with the software discs for V4R2-V5R1. The machine had V4R5 installed from the previous owner, and I wanted to start over fresh, so I backed up the whole system and wiped it out.Now, I have a "Client Access Refresh" license for an upgrade from Client Access V4R5 to V5R1, and I'm having a problem where I've got no serial number for Client Access on V5R1. Do I need to install V4R5, install the Client Access refresh, and THEN install V5R1 to get my Client Access license to work? Julian
