RLA is not a "backdoor". A backdoor would bypass all of the constraints, triggers, etc. RLA does not. Where do you see DB2/400? I always see DB2/UDB. If Oracle spun two DVDs for it's distro: One labeled Oracle for Windows and the other labeled Oracle for Linux Red Hat would that necessarily mean that one is to be considered "not of the same ilk as the real Oracles"?
