Actually, it depends on whether they have BVS Mailtool which uses the
standard IBM SMTP server, or Mailtool Plus which uses BVS' SMTP server.
Regardless, sounds like a config issue with SNDM or the SMTP server. If
you're using Mailtool Plus, you will need to find out what the parameters
are, and probably change the SMTPHOST param on SNDM to point to the
appropriate server.
