It appears that I have java 1.3 and 1.4 on my machine.  It also appears
That the workers.properties file refers to java1.4 already.

Unless some significant change was made by the recent ptf apply, I 
don't know what else to look at.

Did your Java Version change?  Did someone remove an older version of
Java from your system thinking that you have the newer version so you
don't need the old one.  If so, put it back.  I do not remember off the
top of my head but you have to have the correct version of JAVA
installed or it does not work.  Newer version don't work.

I found reference to a similar problem on management central from about
a year and a half ago, but no resolution to the problem.

I'm assuming that the ptf's did something.  Nothing else has changed on
our system and I have been using the admin server as recently as a
couple of weeks ago.

For further information, it appears the program crashing is
JavaCreateJVM.
