I think I've seen vendor software put funky libraries in there back on 
their version 1 and never release the restriction on them.  For example, 
we have an empty library called QIDU and it's text is:  "This library is 
empty but need to be".
For you, this means that you may have to check out the library lists of 
your job descriptions, and anywhere else they may store library entries. 
I've seen them in data areas, hardcoded, etc.
