Based on these silly limitation of free flowing logical variables the odds 
of ever getting this to work
if (CALLPRC PRC(CHKJOB) PARM((&FREAKINGJOB))) THEN(D0)
instead of having to rely on this
CALLPRC PRC(CHKJOB) PARM((&FREAKINGJOB)) RTNVAL(&RETURN)
if (&Return) THEN(DO)
are pretty slim, eh?
