Messages to multiple msgq's?

Hello, we run BRMS and our nightly backup is done w/a usrprf that is never 
signed on.  
 
Is there any way for BRMS to send a message to another users msgq?     
 
If that's not possible, I'd like the msgq of this usrprf that runs the save to 
send a message to another msgq.  Is that possible?
