Depends a little on what you want to use and on how big hardware it is running.
It can start just below 5.000,= for a P10 and 18% maintenance.
There are also other providers that have at least comparable features.
They also start in that range but when you add the different needs together the 
sum is often less.

The company I worked for previously used ACOM for its form printing.  We
also use the check printing software.  Good stuff.  No problems.
