RE: Mysterious Changes since going to V5R4

 

I have observed a few issues since we have gone to V5R4 and don't 
recall either of these being mentioned on the list - so any input, 
thoughts or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

    1- All of our WRITERS changed from *NOMSG to *INQMSG - 

I manually 

changed them back and after a recent IPL they all went back to 
*INQMSG. What should I be looking for to make the change permanent?



We had the opposite problem. V5R3 *INQMSG was changed to *NOMSG during the
V5R4 upgrade.
