RE: Daylight Saving Time March 11th

IBM's statement is to the fact that since V5R2 and below do not use the 
QTIMZON and can not be set to automatically change to/from DST based on 
the value in QTIMZON, there are no need for PTFs. You can proceed just 
like you always have. Either change it manually at eh appropriate time of 
if your apps allow it just schedule a CL to change the Hour and the 
QUTCOFFSET system value.
