Jerry,
I had this problem on our old 620. My expansion unit only showed up if I

Subject: rack config - items not showing

I have a small 9406-270 P05 with 18 35GB drives. I go into SST, start a service tool, hardware service manager and press F6 to print a rack config.
Lo and behold it does not report the 7104 expansion unit nor the 7143
cage housing 12 drives.
I thought the rack config was next to god in accuracy.

What's up?

Jerry
