As others stated, this system value could have been changed months ago. 
And just taken effect with your latest IPL.  It boils down to this.  When 
was your last IPL prior to knowing that the cache batteries needed 
replacing?  Was the date of that IPL before or after
GO CLEANUP
1. Change cleanup options
